Stop barrier.jpg

Do you identify with these challenges?

Through our collective work and conversations with Non-Profit and Goverment leaders, we've identified three of the biggest barriers that stand in the way of organisational success

Barrier #1:

Your leadership team are not on the same page.

Lack of connection to and alignment with your organisational purpose.

Barrier #2:

Leaders are not leading on purpose.

The individuals on the leadership team are not demonstrating purpose-driven leadership, despite the fact that yours is a purpose-driven organisation.

Barrier #3:

There's no plan to connect your people to purpose.

Leaders assume their people are naturally connected to the organisation's purpose, so there is no plan to do the important work that connects them as individuals and teams.

Organisations that don't do the work at leadership team level to overcome these barriers will always be limited in how connected to their organisation's purpose they actually are. As a result, their success will be inhibited by dealing with ongoing people issues and internal politics.
